3. License and permitted use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and full payment of all applicable fees, we grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, non‑sublicensable license to:

  • Download and store the Product files for your own use.
  • Use the chart data and prompts to generate responses from third‑party AI tools for your personal benefit.

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or publicly share the Product, its components, or any substantial portion of the prompts as a competing product or service.
  • Represent the Product or any derivative material as your own commercial astrology system or prompt library for sale.
  • Use the Product in any way that violates applicable law or infringes the rights of others.

4. No professional advice

The Product, including any interpretations you generate using AI tools, is for informational and personal insight purposes only. It does not constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the information you receive. Always consult a qualified professional before making decisions that could affect your health, finances, or legal rights.

5. Accuracy of information

The quality and accuracy of your astrological chart depend on the birth data you provide. You are responsible for ensuring that your birth date, time, and location are correct. If you supply incorrect details, the resulting chart data may not accurately reflect your astrological profile.

6. Refunds

Because the Product is a digital good delivered immediately, all sales are generally final. However:

  • If we make a demonstrable error in calculating your chart data based on the correct information you provided, we will either correct the data at no additional cost or, at our discretion, issue a refund.
  • If you realize that you submitted incorrect birth details, we will recalculate your chart once at no extra charge after you provide updated data.

7. Third‑party AI tools

The Product is designed to be used with third‑party AI tools (for example, ChatGPT, Claude, DeepSeek, Gemini, or similar). These tools are operated by independent companies under their own terms and privacy policies.

  • We are not responsible for the availability, performance, output, or policies of any third‑party AI provider.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms of any AI platform you choose to use with our Product.

8. Intellectual property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Product, including the structure of the prompts, copy, design elements, and related materials, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. You are granted only the limited license described above.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Product, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Product will not exceed the amount you actually paid for it.

10. Indemnification
